We built it in 34 days.
Rianly needed a unified communication dashboard for the construction industry — WhatsApp, email, and SMS in one place, powered by AI that actually understood their clients' workflows.
Every agency they spoke to said the same thing: WhatsApp integration at this budget? Impossible. AI that works for construction? Too niche. Come back with €50K.
They came to us instead.
We ran a two-week discovery sprint — mapping the product, stress-testing the idea against the market, and cutting everything that didn't matter. Then we built a proposal around what was actually possible with their budget.
We fine-tuned Qwen 3 for their specific AI needs — trained on construction communication patterns so the system could triage, summarise, and surface what matters. We built the WhatsApp integration that "couldn't be done." We connected email and SMS into one clean dashboard.
Then we refined it. And refined it again. Until it was right.
We helped them onboard their first paying client. We wrote every handover doc so their team could operate the product independently. We made sure the codebase was clean enough that any future developer could pick it up and run.
